Key Responsibilities:
Handle materials, load/unload goods, and assist with site operations.
Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organizing.
Support skilled tradespeople with tools and equipment.
Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and project goals.
Operate machinery or tools if certified (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
Training Requirements:
To be eligible, you must have:
Valid CSCS card or equivalent certification.
Up-to-date manual handling training.
Health and Safety Awareness training, including site compliance.
Relevant experience in general labour roles.
Requirements:
Proven experience in general labour roles (6 months minimum).
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and work in dynamic environments.
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in teams.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
Right to work in the UK.
